以前から気になっていた「とんちゃん」専門店へ会社OBを案内
豚ホルモンのお店で、座ると自動的に「キュウリの漬け物」と「味噌とんちゃん」が突き出しで提供されました
「味噌とんちゃん」を焼きながら壁一面に貼りだされたメニューPOPを眺めつつ
「キムチ」「豚トロ」「豚ハラミ」「豚ロース」を注文して生ビールで乾杯
豚ホルモンですが臭みも無く、どんどん酒が進みます
追加で頼んだ「肝付いか焼」が抜群に旨くて癖になりそうです
仕上げは「ししとう」「塩とんちゃん」を焼酎お湯割りで流し込んでフィニッシュ
ロケーションの割には、なかなかの人気店で気か付くと満席状態でした
