「大洋苑」に行って来ました。
名古屋市守山区永森町に有る中華料理のお店。
このお店の御店主は凄い方なんです。
長年中国料理業界の経営改善や衛生環境の改善に尽力し、
旭日単光章を受章されたそうです。
「愛知調理専門学校」では外部講師も務められ、
”チャーハン先生”と呼ばれ親しまれているんだとか。
お店に着いたのは17時半頃。
50席以上も有る店内は結構な盛況振り。
人気店の様ですね。
注文は下記の通り。
餃子
春巻き
シュウマイ
野菜炒め
青菜炒め
スブタ
からあげ
揚州炒飯
お料理の提供は早かったですね。
特に最初に出て来た青菜炒めは、
他のお客の注文が間違って供されたかと思う程。
とにかく電光石火の早業です。
私達もお喋りをしながらお料理を楽しむタイプでは無いので、
次々にお料理を平らげて行きます。
30分も経たない内にお食事タイム終了です。
お料理はスブタがちょっと残念な感じでしたが、
それ以外は概ね良いお味でしたね。
揚州炒飯はしっとり系。
ふんわり仕上げられた御飯が良いですね。
再訪も充分有り得るお店だと思います。
