ハンバーグ（プレーン）、白飯、計1320円を頂きました。
ハンバーグは和牛100％。ラグビーボールのような外形に黒褐色のデミグラスソースが覆う。温野菜の彩りが綺麗。ハンバーグは仄かにスパイスが立ち、肉の香ばしさと仄かな苦味とコクがあるデミグラスソースが一体化する味わい。旨い。
白飯は比較的小粒で適度な粘り。
総じて、良質ハンバーグ。デミグラスソースはお手本のような味わい。仕込みは大変であろう。
ダイニングはカウンタ数席と数卓で落ち着いた調度と色合い。オープンキッチンなので、次回はカウンタ席にして頂こう。無料駐車場は店舗前に3台分程度あります。
