タイトルの通りのベーシックな美味しいとんかつ。
ここは塩で食べるのが1番かも。
良質な肉の脂が溢れてきて衣がしなしなになってしまうほど。
衣がサクサクの内にサッと食べ切るのが良さそう。
味噌タレも好みだったので追加で１つ頼んでおくと味変を楽しめる。
もちろん卓上にソースもあります。
