東谷山の近くの山の中に、あつた蓬莱軒で修行された方のお店があると聞いていて、ずっと伺いたいなと思っていました。
何日か前に予約して相方と訪問。
この日は土砂降りで早い時間にもかかわらず、外は真っ暗。ナビとグーグルマップを駆使しましたが、街灯がなく暗すぎてお店が分からず…1度通り過ぎてしまいました(笑)
無事到着して入店しようとしたら「本日の鰻は予約で完売しました」の看板が。
予約しておいて良かった！！
ここまで来て売り切れだったら、結構ガッカリかもしれない…。
2人共ひつまぶしを注文。
蓬莱軒ご出身の方のお店なので、ひつまぶしで間違いないでしょう。
単品は頼まなかったのですが、他のテーブルの方の天ぷら盛り合わせとか、刺身とか、とても美味しそうでした。
皆さん、ご近所さんや常連さんのような方ばかりでアットホームな雰囲気です。
凄く美味しいひつまぶし！！
焼き具合もジューシーでご飯の固さも申し分なし。
出汁がちょっと薄めで物足りなかったけど、これで3300円ならかなりお値打ちだと思います。
ただ、ここで絶対食べたい！とはならないかなぁ…。
他に美味しくてお値打ちな鰻屋さんはありますから。
この界隈で美味しいひつまぶしをお探しならば、かなりオススメです。
