真昼間、無性に《台湾塩ラーメン》が食べたくなり
久しぶりに「TOBiMARU」さんへお邪魔しました♪
最近では他のお店でも見かけるようになりましたが
私が知る限り、「台湾塩ラーメン」を初めて世の中に
出されたお店だと思います♪今から20年位前かな？
とあるきっかけで、店主さんとお話する機会があり
「今度台湾ラーメンの塩出すんだよね〜！」と笑顔で
仰っていて、凄いアイディアに感動した記憶が…✨✨

ランチタイムはライスを無料で頂けるのですが
結構ボリュームがあるので、今回は遠慮しました。
「TOBiMARU」さんの「台湾しおラーメン」のスープ
とても旨味があるのに、非常にアッサリとしています。
辛さ自体も、他店さんと比べると控えめな印象なので
辛いのが苦手な方でも食べやすいのかなぁと思います。
私は辛めが好きなので、激辛でパンチを足しま〜す♪
玉子は丸々1個ですが、味付けでは無くゆで玉子。
逆にスープの味を邪魔しないので、これはこれで◎

しっかりと、パワーチャージさせて頂きました〜！
駐車場は5台程ありますが、交通量が多い道路に
面しているので、少し停めにくいかもしれません。
その昔、千種区内山の「飛丸」さんがあった頃から
お値段が殆ど変わっていないのが凄いなと思います。
良心的な価格で頂ける素敵なお店、応援したいです‼️
