大曽根からバス、新守山駅手前。
万楽系の元祖と言われるこちらへ。
店内、入って左正面に厨房。
囲むLカウンター席。
雨でも外まで行列。
■四川らーめん大（880円）
トンチン館と言えば四川らーめん。
具材、海苔と大量のカイワレ、ワカメ。
スープ、ねりごまたっぷり味噌。
胡麻と味噌、かなり尖っている。
なかなか濃い、正直濃いぃぃ。
麺、中太の縮れ。
大だけど、そんなに多くないかな。
■焼豚らーめん並（780円）

■トッピングメンマ（＋150円）
も、盛り過ぎでは、、、
スープは豚骨醤油、アッサリめ。
沁みるやつです。
■蒸し餃子（420円）
美しい半透明、コレは旨い！
マストでオーダーすべき。

しょ、小？
茶碗こそ小さいものの、盛り盛り。
ラーメン屋さんだし、値段は致し方なし。
その分、このボリュームですから。
炊き加減◯、若干柔らかめ。
蒸し餃子ともラーメンとも相性良し。
値上げしたそうだが、まだまだ安い。
蒸し餃子は必ずオーダーしたい逸品。
