守山区の小端駅付近にあるうどん、そば店城山さん。
味噌煮込みうどんを注文。
少し寒くなってきたこの時期に、鍋焼きうどんの食べ始めを。
鍋焼きにされた味噌の少し香ばしい香りが食欲をかきたてます。あつあつ。はふはふ。
途中でたまごを溶かし、まろやかにするのも楽しみだったりします。
味噌も美味しいですが、そもそものお出しがレベル高いです。
カツ丼とかも確実に美味しいパターンと見ました。
また行きたいです。
