妻と一緒にお昼です。
行って来たのは名古屋市守山区小幡中に有る「城山」。
きしめん、蕎麦のお店です。
店舗に到着したのが14時ちょい前。
お昼時を外した時間帯の為か、
広めの店内は閑散としておりました。
店員さんが言うには、数十分前は満席だったそうです。
私達はテーブル席に案内されました。
注文は妻が天ざるきしめん、私がかつ丼セット。
かつ丼セットに付ける麺は、ざるきしめんです。
お料理の提供には15分程掛かりました。
先ずは、かつ丼から頂きます。
かつと溶き卵の絡み具合が良いですね。
割り下は甘味が強めです。
醤油辛さも有りますが、卵が良い具合に緩和していました。
かつの衣のサクサク感も僅かながら残っています。
悪く無い仕上がりと言って良いでしょう。
きしめんは柔らかめの茹で上がり。
もう少しコシが欲しいですね。
お汁は甘めで醬油辛さは有りません。
お出汁も効いて美味しいお汁だと思います。
それだけに麺がちょっと勿体無いですね。
