古くからある炉端焼き……
カウンターと厨房の間に食材が並び大きなしゃもじみたいなのに料理を乗せて料理を出してくれる。
昔の炉端焼きスタイル(*´∀`)♪
マスターは人の良さそうな方で手作りで温かいお店ですね。
こちらのお店はメニュー豊富でとにかく沢山あります。
食材があればマスターの腕で何でも作れると言う事なのでしょう(笑)
頂いたのは五目釜めし、ブリかま、ヒラメのさしみ、う巻き、ホタテフライ、イカ天だったかな？
どれも冷凍食品とかではなくしっかりと手作りされた感じで旨いです。
たまに無性に行きたくなるお店ですね。
