休日出勤の途中で遠回りして寄りました。以前通りかかったことがあります。スーパー『生鮮館やまひこ』の近くには名古屋郷土食を出す『シェフ』もありますが入る訳ありません。
建物は古民家調で篝火が焚かれ、ちょっとハイグレそうな感じがしますが、店頭にはランチメニューが掲げられています。
客席は小上がり座敷とテーブル、カウンター・・・２階にもあるのでしょうか。
厨房を見渡すカウンターに案内され、メニューに目を通します。
ランチは\680〜\980、６種類が用意されています。
この後ケーキも買う予定なのでボトムを選択・・・
「丼ランチ」 \680
丼は３種類から選べます。「味噌カツ丼」にしました。
ご飯、千切りキャベツの上に載ったカツは小さめでした。私には良いかも。味噌も予想より少なめで、名古屋の味噌カツのイメージとは少し違います。でも美味しく頂けました。
これに赤だし、漬物、小鉢、茶碗蒸しが付くのですからＣＰ高いです。
茶碗蒸しは通常のものの上に１㎝ほど透明な餡が載っていました。なかなかの工夫です。
夜は普通に会席料理が出されるようです。
