月に1度のウナギ店新規発掘
今月はこちらのまさむ根さんへ伺いました
やや年季を感じるお店です
感じの良い奥様の接客は気持ち良く食事ができますね
注文はいつものように長焼き定食のご飯大でお願いしました
10分ちょっとで配膳されました
ウナギは250gの物を使用していますとの表示がありました
見た目かなりふっくらと焼かれており、もっと大きなサイズにみえます
このようにふっくらと焼くのってプロなら当たり前の様に思いますが、その当たり前の事が出来ていないプロの料理人って実はけっこう多いんです
こちらはきっちりと焼かれており、皮も箸で簡単に切る事が出来ます
早速いただきましたが、非常に美味しいです
僕の好きな外サクサクではありませんが、ふっくらジューシーでご飯が進みます
タレはやや甘めで老舗らしくしっかりと旨味があります
ご飯はやや硬めに炊かれていました
お漬物はキュウリとナマスでした
僕個人的にはキュウリではなくて奈良漬の方が好みです
ナマスは甘い口をリセットしてくれておもしろいですね
お吸い物はスッキリしていて肝は無し
山椒は蓋付きの陶器に入れられていましたので少し香りが飛んでしまっています
密封できる容器に変えた方が良いのではないかと思います
地元密着型のお店だと思いますが、有名店に引けをとらない非常にレベルの高いお店だと思います
再訪ありですね。
