都内の鰻は、フックリとしていて脂がいっぱいで、ちょっとしつこい。
こっちの鰻は、生から焼くので周りがカリッとしていて中がふんわり。あまり脂っこくない。
そういうイメージでした。
脂っこいのが嫌だったので、こっちに来てから鰻を美味しいと思ってたべるようになりました。
ところが！！
こちらのまさむ根さんは、私の概念を覆してくれました。
なんと！カリッとよりも、ふんわり！
そして脂たっぷり。
でも、しつこくない？？なんで？？
私の好みが変わってきたのか、まさむ根さんが美味しいのか。
タレは私の好きな、塩辛くも甘さが強い感じでもなく、鰻重なのであまりご飯がタレにまみれてなくてそこもポイント高し！
そしてなによりきもが美味しい！
雪も降ってたし、熱燗がほしくなる感じです。
上司にゴチになったので心も満足♡
プライベートでもまた来てみたいです。
