≪２０１9／11／上旬≫ 名古屋市北区（晴）
20年ぶりの来店になるかも知れない。
創業当時のスタイルを今も…変えぬ25年間からず〜っと営んでこられた実績！ここにアリ気のお店ですね。
30年程昔には、自分で作って召し上がるスタイルの鉄板焼きのお店って多く見受けらた気がしますが、今ではかなり減少した印象があります。
そんな訳で、今夜はどうしてもお好み焼きモードでしたので、こっそりお仕事帰りにひょっこり犯…しちゃいました（笑）
◆ お好み焼きベース ＋ 豚肉（¥730-）
厚みある鉄板で、じんわりと自分スタイルに焼き上げるお好み焼き。卓上に備えられたソースをひと塗りし、仕上げに青のりと鰹節を塗します。
ふっくらとした生地に甘味ある柔らかなキャベツの食感に香ばしいソースの香り。美味しいお好み焼き！作り手が良いのかな！？（笑）
◆ 砂肝
砂肝も、鉄板で自分好みに焼き上げます。こちらも美味しい仕上がり。
久しぶりに、自分好みに焼き上げるお好み焼き。良いもんすね…このスタイル♡
