This time, it was a tour of international cuisine. I went to "Liu Family Xi'an knife-cut noodle". knife-cut noodle is the signature dish, and there are restaurant in many places. When I looked it up, I found out that it was a group of Seafood museums that developed multiple restaurant in the city. Didn't know. When I looked at the menu of this restaurant, there was a dish that was different from the usual Chinese in the city, so I was curious about what it was like and tried to use it. The location is along the street right next to Aeon Meito. There was a parking lot in front of the store, but it was full and I couldn't park. When I parked the car in another place and came back while worrying that it would be crowded, the inside was rattled as far as I could see from the outside, and the sign outside was "preparing". The door was open, so no one came when I went inside, and I thought it was a holiday, but when I called out, I was told that it was normal. It was so loose that I couldn't believe it was a chain store. Both menu browsing and ordering are done using a tablet. The cuisine ranges from the signature knife-cut noodle to classic Chinese dishes such as mapo tofu and authentic dishes such as cool skin, spare ribs, and skewers. The aim was a full-fledged school, something that was not very well placed elsewhere, so I went through knife-cut noodle and ordered two of them individually: ・ Wild boar stir-fried moss (850 yen including tax) ・ Oil-fried rice noodle noodles (616 yen including tax). ◯ Cuisine / Taste ... It's rough and wild and voluminous. It didn't feel like a chain store that opened a store in a shopping mall, but I felt that it was a town Chinese run by a local person. ・Stir-fried pig sprouts with miso paste. The amount of garlic sprouts is insanely large, and the hormones are delicious without any habit at all. It's not absurd, but it has a strong miso taste. There is a little sweetness, but the saltiness of the miso and the pungency of garlic and chili peppers are stronger. This one dish can make about three cups of rice. ・Fried rice noodles Fried corn bread. I don't know if it's basically like this, but it's quite burnt and crunchy. It was hard to about Senbei (rice crackers) fried bread. The thick part is not that much, and it tastes like steamed bread with corn flavor. ◯ Service... It's quite loose. The order was convenient because it was a tablet. The tablet has a charging cord that is still connected, so you need to be careful not to pull it inadvertently. Also, the waiting time for cooking is very long. ◯ Atmosphere... The making is a standard of Chinese restaurant Mr./Ms., box seats and tatami seats. ◯ Cospa ... As with other continental Chinese Mr./Ms.restaurants, the basic set is cheap, and the single item is decent. I wonder if it is within the relative standard range. ◯ Comprehensive... Even though it is a chain store, the things that are placed are different depending on the store, the customer service is loose, and the place where there is not much unity is on the contrary interesting and good for me personally. Don't keep in mind that it's a chain store, and it seems to be a good idea to use it as one of the Chinese restaurants in the city. There should be quite interesting dishes with unusual dishes.
