愛知レジェンド店訪問シリーズ50店目は守山区に移転した担々麺の名店
尾張旭で開業し担々麺の美味しい店として人気となるも、2011年体調を理由に一旦閉店
2013年に守山区で復活した名店です
実は「華峯」の店主さまは、守山の「呵呵」の店主さまの兄弟子にあたるそうです...
坦々麺、チャーハンセットを注文
このお店の、麻婆豆腐は絶品です。
通常のモノのほかに超辛いのがあるのですが、この麻婆は、一度食べたら、他のモノは食べられません。
本格的な四川風担々麺。美味しく頂きました。
辛さは2.5で頂きました。
0.5から4まで選べるようです。標準2でも結構辛いので、苦手な方は要注意です。

初めて夜に伺いました。
お昼と変わらず美味しいですね。
また、お昼には無い餃子やサンラーメンもいただきました。
夜は少し高めになりますが、ビールも飲めるし満足です。
