【2023.06.26 初訪】
本日は、名古屋市守山区苗代の 華峯さんで、“四川担々麺(三辛)＋麻婆飯(ハーフ)(¥1130-税込)”を頂きました。
名物四川担々麺を謳われているコチラのお店は、年配とお見受け出来るご店主さんと、ホール担当の女性の方お二人で回されております。
担々麺は、旨味の詰まった中華スープに、胡麻の風味が豊かなゴマペイストと辣油が組み合わされており、濃厚ながらサラリと頂けてしまうお仕立てです。
三辛は中々攻めてくる辛さであり、気を許すと噎せ返ってしまいます。
麺はコシのある中細縮れ麺で、スープ絡みが抜群なので、麺とスープが良い配分で頂けます。
トッピングは、“甘めな肉味噌”“茹で青梗菜”“刻みネギ”とシンプルな構成ながら、味の組み立てが秀逸なので全く飽きが参りません。
方や麻婆飯は、甜麺醤の甘みが前面に出ていて、担々麺の辛味を上手く中和してくれます。
ご店主さんの体調が芳しくないらしく、今月も臨時休業日の案内が掲げられておりました。
