守山区にある坦々麺が有名なこちらのお店に訪問です。
以前は尾張旭市にお店がりましたが、一時休業を挟んで守山区に再度お店をオープンさせた様です。
この日注文したのは、四川担々麺+ミニチャーハン¥1,000、担々麺はからさが選べる、との事でデフォルトの2辛を選択しました。
しばらくして到着です。
赤いスープに刻んだ白ネギ、肉味噌に青梗菜と王道の見た目から、本格的な味が想像できますね。
実際に食べてみると、想像以上に辛味が効いています！
しかし辛いだけの薄っぺらさではなく、胡麻の風味とコクもしっかり感じられて味わい深いです。
麺はストレート細麺ですが、スープにそこそこ粘度があり、麺にしっかりと絡みます。
オイリーとは違いますが、まるで一運動した後の様なヘビーな食後感。
担々麺ならではですね。
チャーハンも、パラット系でしっかりと味が付いた物で、こちらも満足度が高いです。
中華料理店の多いと個人的に感じてる愛知県ですが、亀島の杏亭さん、小牧のいずみさん、豊田の山之手虎玄さん、千種のにしむらさんなど、担々麺の美味しいお店が多いですね。
当店も、そんな愛知県の名店の名に恥じないクオリティかと思います。
またこのクセになる辛さを味わいに来たいと思います。
