土曜日ランチで13時ごろ訪問。
以前臨時休業でフラレており土曜日ならやってるかなーと再訪。
店内に入ると一組が立って待ってました。
店内はまばらに空きはあるものの、奥様？が一人で外をやっていて一段落つくまでに少し待ちます。
10分ほどまって席へ。
あらかじめ決めておいた担々麺と半チャーハンをオーダー。
壁に貼られてる表を指しながら辛さを聞かれたので3でお願いしました。
しばし待って着丼。
ビジュよし。適度に懐かしさを感じる雰囲気好き。
まずスープ。濃厚なゴマの後に辛さバーン！
コレコレ！！すきなやつ。
麺はプリもちの美味しいやつ。
ミンチもたっぷりで大満足。
ただ若干濃いめかも？途中からスープ足して割りたくなった。白ごはんだったらよかったのかも。
チャーハンはパラしっとりで濃くない味付け。
家チャーハンの最高位みたいなかんじ。
ほんのり汗をかきつつおいしく完食。
最後までおいしく食べるならやっぱり辛さ2のほうがいいのかな。
