Okonomiyaki restaurant where you can drink
Dinner at a friend's hometown. Okonomiyaki restaurants tend to only serve teppanyaki dishes. This restaurant has a wide selection of snacks, sashimi, and other dishes made with seasonal ingredients, as well as drinks. Even though it was a weekday, the place was almost full. The inside of the store feels clean. A platter of simmered taro and turnip Simmered dish, okonomiyaki squid balls, and simmered Simmered dish makes me feel relieved. As for the sashimi platter, I could not say that the fresh fish was handled very well due to the bones and the way it was cut, but the sincerity was conveyed from the presentation. The horse mackerel was thick and delicious. Rather than grilling teppanyaki dishes such as okonomiyaki yourself, the restaurant will grill them for you at the counter in the best possible condition. I was very happy because I have very little experience of making okonomiyaki. Serve on a hot iron plate. Thick and fluffy fabric. The cabbage was big enough to still have a crunchy texture, and there was plenty of squid. The sauce is sweet and gentle. Negiyaki is more fluffy because there is no cabbage in it. Stewed tendon has a strong seasoning, so leave it as is. The customer service from the store staff is very good. Both the men and women were bright and cheerful, and I felt that they were not pushy about their energy, but were polite and attentive. Thank you for offering me a blanket even though I didn't ask for anything (*^^*)
