The nearest station is Obata Station, but it's a bit of a difficult location if you don't have a car. You can park several cars in front of the store. I visited around 7pm on a weekday, and the store was about half full. It was run by three staff members, so I don't think they usually get involved that much. It's an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with an atmosphere similar to an Okonomiyaki restaurant, and the main feature is the sunken kotatsu table. The menu features typical Nagoya Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) items. chicken dish, chicken wings, Grilled skewer, fries, etc. seem to be recommended, but the local chicken sashimi seems to be recommended, but sashimi is sold out on that day. Well, I sampled other menu items with beer. Overall, I think the seasoning is a little strong, and although the chicken skin is cheap, I thought it was a good deal at 480 yen, but the Negitoro with Korean paste was just as delicious. Some of the staff weren't quite used to it yet, but they seemed friendly and I had a good impression of them. There are places where you can tweak the menu, but I think it's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can wander around.
