I love garlic so much that I'm always on the lookout for ``garlic'' and ``stamina.'' This shop was caught on the garlic radar. I tried it once during the Obon period, but it turned out to be a holiday... I tried it again on the Sunday after Obon. When I parked my car at the coin parking lot in front of the Self-Defense Forces camp, I could already smell the pleasant smell of garlic. When I entered the shop as I was guided, I was met by a group of lovely ladies who seemed to be residents of a different world than Garlic and Stamina. Apparently, the counter happened to be empty at the moment, and the rest of the tatami rooms were fully booked. I'll make a reservation next time. I ordered the signature menu-like Stamina Teppanyaki, Beef Hole Teppanyaki, and Garlic Fried Rice. Teppanyaki was salt-based, but the garlic and strong salt really worked, and the white rice went well. The salt sauce that makes cabbage so delicious is amazing. It was quite piping hot on the iron plate, but I couldn't even put it on a plate anymore, so I ended up gobbling it up on the rice. The fried rice also did not disappoint. Garlic for a strong flavor. I was already full from Teppanyaki, but the fried rice was so magical that I still couldn't resist. Stamina House still has a lot of interesting menu items. Definitely a repeat purchase. I promise to visit again. Thank you for the meal!
