福岡「まんぷく亭」似の料理を探して見つけたお店。
何か居酒屋風で、晩飯として訪れるのはちょっと躊躇していたのですが、結局全然普通に行けてしまいました(笑)。
鉄板の上に炒められたキャベツと肉、そして別添の辛味噌というスタイルはまったく同じ。名古屋市内には他にも同じようなものを出すお店がありますね。
こちらの特徴は肉をいくつかの種類から選ぶことができるという点。
選択肢としては、①鉄板スタミナ焼肉②牛ホル③豚ホルからの選択、①はサイズを3段階から選べます。ご飯と味噌汁はそれぞれ別料金。
待った時間は10分もなかったでしょうか？中華鍋で炒めていた料理が鉄板に載せられ出てきました。
なかなかのニンニク風味です。
キャベツの色が違う？季節の問題かな？
鉄板を傾けますが、脂はそんなに溜まったりはしておらず、油少なめのヘルシーレシピといったところでしょうか。
ニンニクと適度なしょっぱさでご飯が進みます。
ちなみに画像のご飯、片方は中でもう片方は大…大はマンガ日本昔話みたいな、なかなかの見た目です。
豚ホルモンはちょっと独特の匂い…好き嫌い分かれるかもしれませんが、これぞまさにホルモンの味！という感じかもしれません。
辛味噌を適宜和えていくとこれまたいいですね！
