I stopped by "Yasashii Kaori no Panya-san". It is a bakery located in Obata-naka, Moriyama-ku, Nagoya. I arrived at the store around 4:30 p.m. restaurant has an eat-in space and was quite crowded. The selection of bread was not bad. I bought the following three items. Homemade cream bread Plenty of bean paste bread Salt and red bean butter roll The homemade cream bread was not bad. The custard cream with vanilla beans tasted good. The bread dough was a little dry, but it was still within the acceptable range. The Plenty of bean paste bread is said to be a gold medal winner at the Monde Selection. The amount of bean paste in the bread lived up to its name. It goes well with the bread dough. The salt and red bean butter roll is a hybrid of salt bread and bean paste butter. I guess they tried to get the best of both worlds. It is advertised as "just the right amount of sweet and salty", but the salt is too strong. It is so strong that you can't eat it without wiping off the salt on the bread. The amount of bean paste and butter in the bean paste was also half-hearted. I think this was a failure. Thank you for the meal.
