I love Pork Cutlet. Before I knew it, I had katsudon last night, and Pork Cutlet for lunch the day before yesterday. So today I'll have miso katsu for three days in a row. I want to eat delicious miso katsu. But I don't want to wait in line. I went to "Katsuyuki" which will grant my wish. It seems to be "Yada Katsu" famous for its long lines and XX. I ordered the rumored Roppaku Kurobuta set meal. The first bite is with salt. The umami of the loin and the sweetness of the fat overflow. The second bite is with original sauce. The demi-glace increases your appetite. And the miso I was looking for. By the time I realized it, it was already too late. I finished it. The loin is fatty, but it's not heavy at all. I want to soak up the melted fat. Both the demi-glace and the miso are delicious. I'm grateful to the local person who told me about it. I'm satisfied with Pork Cutlet that I can eat without sauce.
