2024年4月訪問。
今週も仕事が一段落して事務所に戻ろうとレンタカーを転がしていると、腹が減っていることに気付いた(^_^;)
何か食べてから帰ろう！
そんなこんなで久しぶりにやってきたのがこちら。
「なか卯 春日井二子町店」
大阪発祥の牛丼とうどんをメインにしたチェーン店で2010年よりゼンショーの完全子会社となっているが、メインの牛丼を始めすき家とは異なるメニュー構成となっている。
また以前から親子丼のクオリティが高いのも同社の特徴で、吉野家なども追随するが品質の安定感ではなか卯に劣る。
それでは店頭の券売キーでポチったら座席で出来上がりをしばし待つ。
この日いただいたもの。
・菜の花の親子丼
・はいからそば
春らしいメニューがあったので菜の花の親子丼を選択。
親子丼には卓上の山椒を、はいからそばには七味唐辛子を振りかけたらいただきます！
さすが、こちらの親子丼はその綴じ加減が絶妙で固すぎず柔らかすぎずで高品質。
菜の花の苦味も良くほっこりと春を感じることができた(≧▽≦)
山椒が大好きなので追加でバシバシかけながらいただいたが、やっぱり山椒って素晴らしい！！(笑)
「はいからそば」のはいからは関西で天かすを意味する。
こちらのはいからそばは天かすでなく揚げ玉を使用している。
おつゆのお味は可もなく不可もなく安定感のある味付け。
そんなに出汁は効いていないが、マズくはない。
ミニサイズなので味噌汁替わりにいただくにはちょうどええサイズかな。
親子丼とミニそばをいただいたらちょうどええ腹具合になったわ。
さて事務所で残務したら大阪へ戻ろう。
