鶏ガラ、豚骨、魚介出汁をベースに醤油(たまり)を効かせた醤油系ラーメンがお勧めのよう。初訪問でしたが気になった煮干そばを頂く。美味しかったです
煮干とありますが、マニア受けするニボニボではなく、煮干とたまり、どちらもしっかり主張してくる、バランス良いテイストです
自家製平打ち麺は、プリッとしつつしなやかさもあり、店内でのアピール通り中々良いです。スープにより違う麺を使用とのことですが、平打ち麺は、煮干スープとの相性も良いと思います
すぐ近くの＂トンチンカン＂が、店外待ち有り、かつ、駐車場待ち有りだったので、近場のこちらに初訪問しましたが、噂に違わず上質なラーメンを提供されてました。＂中華そば好き＂は訪問する価値有りと思います
