13時前に到着。店内は８割程の入り具合です。
まずは、入口にある券売機でメニューを確認。
意外に種類が多く、かなり悩みます。
決められないので、左上の濃厚しょうゆをポチっ。
特製チャーシューにチャーシューも合わせて購入。
ダブルでトッピングしてみた。
案内されたカウンター席に着座し、食券を渡します。
待つこと８分程で到着。キレイな盛り付けっす。
紫玉ねぎや青ネギに白髪ネギの量も多く、色彩豊か。
ダブルでトッピングしたのもあり、迫力満点っす。
まずはスープを一口。濃厚な醤油って名前の通り。
旨味がしっかりあり、後引くヤツだが甘味強め。
紫玉ねぎに辛味があり、リセットは出来る。
でも調子に乗って飲み過ぎたら、最後は飽きてきた。
麺は食感と歯切れの良い印象で、これは旨い❗
チャーシューは薄くて柔らかく、優しい味わい。
食べやすいので、何枚でもイケる。味玉も旨し。
全体的には、かなりレベルの高い一品でした。
個人的には、もー少し甘さ控えめの方が好みかな。
でも、美味しかった。ご馳走様でした。
