工事中から看板が出ていたので楽しみにしていました。やはりかなり人気のようで、一度開店早々の時間に店内に入るとすでに数組のウェイティングだったのであきらめました。オープンから少し経って、先日11時15分ぐらいにお店の前を通ると駐車場がまだそれほど埋まっていなかったので入ってみました。無事カウンターに着席できました。
スタッフの皆さんはマニュアルに則って丁寧な応対です。本店を利用したことがあるのでメニューは決まっています。ランチで唯一「レアハンバーグ」が食べられる「ジャーマンロコモコ(1590円)」、そして「ウーロン茶(120円)」もお願いしました。
カウンター、テーブル、小上がりまである広い店内です。約15分で料理が提供、15分ほどで食べ終えて、帰る11時45分頃にはウェイティングになっていました。駐車場も広いので、駐車場が空いていても店内で「待ち」になっていることもありそうです。
こちらの「レアハンバーグ」は片面だけ焼いてひっくり返して皿に乗せるのか、一見焼けているように見えますが下面は全く「レア」の状態です。本店で食べたときは「ペレット(焼き石)」だったので、自分なりに攻略法をイメージしてきましたが、こちらでは、固形燃料の「ミニコンロ」が付く形になっていました。
そして楽しみな「ジャーマンロコモコ」が到着しました。黄身は後から崩すので丁寧によけて「レアバーグ」に少し火を通します。ミニコンロに「レアバーグ」を乗せた写真を添えますので、ほぼこんな状態で食べられる方はトライしてみて下さい。
ソースは「シャリアピン」的かつスパイシーな美味しいソースです。「レアバーグ」「ソース」「黄身」などを混ぜて「サラダ」や「ご飯」と合わせて楽しみます。構成としてはどうしても「ユッケ」を思い出すので、毎度「ゴマ油」を「チョイ足し」して味変して食べてみたい・・と思います（笑）
肉質の良さが光る本格的な「レアハンバーグ」が楽しめます。「レア」ではないハンバーグも「国産黒毛和牛100%」です。
人気店で場所も良いので、もうずっと昼のランチタイムや休日は混雑するように思います。ピークタイムを外しての訪問が宜しいかと・・
