木こり家さんへ前回伺ったのは日進のお店。
美味しかった憶えがあります。
土曜のお昼なので混んでいるかとGooglemapで確認すると比較的空いていると表示。
なら行ってみるかとお店へ。
ホントに空いてました。
というかほぼガラガラ。
今回もジャーマンをオーダー。
1.5とライス中で。
10分くらいで到着。
鉄板にはかなり脂が出ている。
焼かれた表面は焼き目が付いているけど何故か冷たい。
反面だけ温かくて。
なんでだろ。
箸で切って別の鉄板でお好みの焼き加減にします。
日進店の味に比べてややスパイスが弱く感じる。
加熱用の鉄板も焼いていると脂の海になっちゃう。
期待値が大きすぎたかな？
