名鉄瀬戸線の喜多山駅近くにオープンした洋食店。
以前「台湾料理 三味源」があった場所です。
奥村店主は「文化洋食店」に15年勤めていた方。
絆スペシャル（1,650円）を頼んだ。
ランチは、ライスまたはパン、サラダ、味噌汁が付きます。
自慢のデミソースハンバーグとカニコロの盛り合わせで、玉葱やマッシュルームなどと共に時間をかけ煮詰めて旨味を引き出しているカニクリームコロッケは、シンプルなトマトソースを合わせてあり文化洋食店そのもの。
ハンバーグも表面にパン粉をまぶして焼き上げられていて、肉と玉葱のジューシーな旨味と、サクっとしたフライの様な食感なのが特徴的。
伝統の洋食が守山でも食べられるのはうれしいかも。
