This is a Western Cuisine restaurant located about 2 minutes walk from Meitetsu Kitayama Station, and I tried it out for lunch on the weekend. There were 4 counter seats and 7 tables inside the store, and when I entered around 11:30, there was only one other customer. The lunch menu includes daily specials, several types of Hamburg such as demi-glace Hamburg and cheese Hamburg gratin, minced meat cutlet, domestic fillet cutlet, crab cream Croquette, Omelette Rice rice, curry rice, and a platter of demi-glace Hamburg and crab cream Croquette. There are specials, which include rice or bread with red soup stock, ranging in price from 1,100 yen to 1,870 yen. The one I received was the Kizuna Special, and the red soup stock could be changed to soup for an additional 220 yen, so I had it changed to soup.I chose bread instead of rice, so the red soup stock was a mismatch. The soup came in a sturdier bowl than I expected, and although it was sweet potato soup that day, it had a nice mellow sweetness. From the moment you put your chopsticks into the crab cream Croquette, you can feel the aromatic aroma of crab, and judging from the color of the cross section, I'm pretty sure it's definitely the right one at this point. In fact, in terms of taste, you can really enjoy the presence of plenty of crab meat along with the smooth texture, and it has a very rich taste, which is very delicious to my liking. On the other hand, Hamburg is crispy on the outside and plump and juicy on the inside, so you can feel the flavor of the meat as it is and it's delicious, but the deep-flavored demi-glace is also really good.This one was also very delicious. Personally, I was also happy that the butter on the bread was so smeared, and I really liked the flavor of the marinated cabbage in the salad, so I was very satisfied with everything. It may have been a coincidence, but it was empty on that day. It's a restaurant that serves such high-quality food, but it's a little-known place, which is nice for the customers, but it's a waste. It was so good that I would like to visit you again, thank you for the meal.
