この日は、名古屋市守山区でお仕事。
お昼もこの界隈で頂きました。
行ってきたのは、守山区茶臼前に有る「絆洋食店」です。
お店に着いたのは12時頃。
33席有る店内は、7分程度のお客の入り。
私はカウンター席に案内されました。
注文は、絆スペシャル。
自慢のデミグラスハンバーグとカニコロの盛り合わせです。
最初にサラダが届けられました。
上に乗ってるキャベツのマリネが美味しかったですね。
続いてメインのデミグラスハンバーグとカニコロが登場。
ハンバーグは肉汁たっぷりで、デミソースと相性も良いですね。
カニコロは割に硬めのタイプ。
カニの旨味がクリームに溶けて私好みのお味。
でも、人に因って生臭いとか、カニ臭いとか感じるかも知れません。
付け合せの野菜も良かったです。
マッシュポテトだけはがバター強めで、
私にはちょっとくどかったでしょうか。
赤だしは良く出汁が効いていて、
ご飯も噛む程に甘味が有って美味しかったです。
満足の行くお昼でしたね。
この店は機会が有れば、また訪れたいと思います。
