A Ramen shop very close to Moriyama Self-Defense Force Station. This leisure building itself is full of tenants with a series of food shops. Ramen is also a shime style Ramen. I think it's orthodox Chinese soba. . . The shape is simple, and it's usually a flavored chicken egg. This was quail flavored egg. It may have a simple feel, but when you eat it, you realize how special it is. The soup has a slight flavor. The fat of the chashu is so good. The noodles are chewy even though they are regular noodles. I don't think Ramen alone is enough. I also ordered ``Pork Mabushi'' which looked delicious in Tabelog image. CP is pretty bad. "Chinese Meat Soba" 1200 yen + "Pork Mabushi" 780 yen = 1980 yen in total.
