守山自衛隊前駅近くの雑居ビル１階にある
中華そばの虜にランチで行ってきました。
店内は清潔感のある和モダンな空間。
すごく感じのいい店主が温かく迎えてくれて
券売機から中華肉そばと卵かけご飯を注文。
◆中華肉そば（1,200円）
◆至高の卵かけご飯（480円）
恵那鶏から丁寧に出汁をとった清湯スープは
奥深いコクがあり、自家製のストレート麺が
抜群に絡んでとても美味しいです！！
三浦豚のチャーシューも肉の旨味たっぷりで
ニンニクと豆板醤で味変すると最高でした。
幸せの青い卵と呼ばれるアローカナを使った
至高の卵かけご飯も黄身が濃厚で味わい深く
びっくりするほど美味しかったです。
