一宮市にあります「尾張開化亭」さんへ訪問しました。
18時に到着できましたが、店内にはすでに3組いらっしゃいました。長いカウンターには、20席程ありますので、席につく事ができました。
変わったメニューがたくさんあり迷いましたが、おすすめの「カルボナーララーメン」を、お願いしました。
【カルボナーララーメン】
具材は、ベーコン2枚と水菜、ブラックペッパーがかけてあります。初めていただくお味です。
豚骨ラーメンの香りと濃くのスープですが、チーズと卵でしっかりカルボナーラの香りと濃くを出されています。
麺は、豚骨ラーメンでいただくような細いストレート麺です。サラッとしたスープなので細麺で、あっさりいただけます。
