店内は広くカウンターと4人掛けテーブルが4つ
ポテトロ坦々麺は太麺で茹で加減はお任せ
看板ラーメンのトマトラーメンとカルボナーララーメンは細麺で茹で加減はリクエスト出来る。
トマトラーメンは酸っぱさがあり少しピリ辛で汗が滲む。
カルボナーララーメンは豚骨ベースであまりチーズ臭さはない。
ポテトロ坦々麺は本来の坦々麺に近くポテトロ感を少し味わえた。
接客も感じ良くラーメンの味もそれぞれがメニュー表示通りの味をしっかり味わえる。美味しい。
ただ一つ店内のBGMの音をもう少し下げて欲しい。
次はシンプルなラーメンを味わってみたいと思います。
