一宮市のカフェ。稲沢にも支店があります。コーヒーは自家焙煎で力を入れているし、テイクアウトのケーキもだいぶ売れていると思うので、カフェとしての業態と、ケーキ屋さんとしての業態のどちらがメインなのかは、ちょっと分かりません。まぁでも閉店時間からすると、ケーキ屋さん寄りなのかな。多分ですが。
今年の栗活も終盤戦。購入したのはもちろんモンブラン。
こちらのモンブランはちょっと特徴的で、中までしっかり栗です。最近のモンブランのトレンドとして、1番多いのは中はメレンゲ。次がシャンティー。そして1番少ないけれど1番嬉しいのが、こちらのような中も栗。
このモンブランのような、中をマロンムースで作ってあるものは、栗好きとしては最高にたまらないケーキです。今回は時間が遅かったこともあり、コーヒーをいただく余裕がありませんでしたが、今度はぜひゆっくりコーヒーを飲んでみたいと思いました。
