開店直後は空いているのでいい
入り口案内板の「カレー三国志」が妙に気になる
オリジナリティあふれるメニューが楽しそうだ
カウンター席に座りメニューを確認
「汁そば&ハーフチャーハンセット」で即決
ラーメンでも中華そばでもない“汁そば”だ
陶器の調味料入れなど調度品で雰囲気盛り上がる
「汁そば&ハーフチャーハンセット」の配膳
微かに香油の香り漂い、さらに盛り上がる
スープが優しく、そして上品に口の中に広がる
その喉越しで中華そばとしたくない店主のこだわりが感じ取れる
もちろん大陸系のラーメンとは一線を画す
麺はこのスープにベストマッチな弾力を持つ細麺
青菜とネギはバイプレーヤーに徹している
チャーシューでさえこの中では控えめな存在感だ
「ハーフチャーハン」はスープとよく合う
ただ、平皿の方が気分盛り上がる（オイラの場合）
食後はコーヒーでまったり過ごす
「国産中華料理屋さん」と表現するのだろうか
次回は是非“麻婆”を食べてみたい
