中国料理 愛園。
一宮市猿海道にある中国料理屋さん。
麻婆豆腐の評判がいいお店なので、前々から気になっていました。
伺ったのは14時前。
いただいたのは、ランチセットの
「鉄鍋マーボ豆腐」
もう1種類「四川の神のマーボ豆腐」もあるのですが、鉄鍋のほうが辛いという事で、こちらにしました。
運ばれてきたのは、鉄鍋でグツグツあっつあつの麻婆豆腐。
このお店で1番辛いと言うだけあって、確かに辛い。
私にはちょうどいい辛さなんですが、強くない人には辛いかも。
それに固形燃料で常にグツグツなので、余計辛く感じるのかもしれません。
このランチ、サラダにスープ、漬物、ライス、デザートが付いて970円ってのは、かなりお値打ち。
見た目独特なシェフが作る中国料理ですが、想像以上にしっかりした料理に接客。
他にも気になる料理があるので、いつか再訪したいと思います。
