無性にカルボナーラが食べたくなったので、ご近所検索で表示されたお店です。
今回注文したのは、
エビざんまいスパゲッティ１６００円、
カルボナーラ１１５０円、以上２７５０円です。
カルボナーラ、大変あっさりさらさらとしたクリームソースでパンチ・濃厚さは皆無。
あまりにもあっさりしていたので、テーブルセットのブラックペッパーを大量に投入しました。
味自体は薄味で美味しかったです。
エビざんまいスパゲッティ、エビかつ・エビフライともに美味しくはありましたが、揚げ油の味と香りを結構感じました。
また、おろしソースがとってもとってもとってもとってもしょっぱく、カルボナーラとエビざんまいスパゲッティを交互に食べ、舌を誤魔化しながら完食しました。
帰宅するまでの車中で、それぞれが５００mlのお茶を１本ずつ飲み干してしまいました。
あのしょっぱさには閉口しました。
