Japanese Hamburger
◆ MOS Cheeseburger - The harmony of the juicy patty, sliced tomatoes, onions, and smooth cheese is excellent. The key to the flavor is the special meat sauce. ◆ Onion Potatoes - A delicious combination of fluffy potatoes and freshly fried onions. ◆ Clam Chowder - A rich, creamy clam chowder filled with plenty of ingredients such as clams, bacon, onions, and potatoes. A great supporting actor at MOS.
The soy patty is pretty good.
Mos Burger... What is a soy patty? I tried it out of curiosity. It's a patty made from vegetable protein derived from soybeans. I was surprised that the texture was closer to a regular patty than I expected. It's a little less calorie (lol)
No matter how timeless something is, it's still delicious (laughs).

In this way, the kitten, who was lost on the street, had dinner at the nearby Mos Burger. ◆ Teriyaki Burger ・Original sauce made with soy sauce and miso. The crispness of the lettuce is the accent! I'm at the age where I think of the Mos Burger when I think of the Teriyaki Burger (lol) It was delicious~♬ ◆ Fries ・A huge visual! When I first discovered Mos! I'm quite addicted to it... It's still delicious even after all ages (*´∀｀*)/♡ ◆ Clam chowder ・Creamy and full of ingredients! I've been a fan for 30 years (lol) Sometimes we get lost on the street, or our family has no dinner (lol) Sometimes we have MOS dinner♡

わが家からも近い立地にある為、良く立ち寄ってしまうモスバーガー‥アクロスプラザ店‥っ‥‥て言うか‥いつからこんな店名になってたんだろうかって‥どうでも良い話（笑）
モスバーガーの中でも照り焼き及び照り焼きチキンが好きな私ですが‥ここ最近‥テレビのCMで照り焼きに期間限定品がある事を知り‥早速伺いました。
では‥期間限定の商品★クリームチーズテリヤキバーガー‥‥少しだけエグそう〜な商品名ですが‥この響きに打たれました（笑）
このメニュー‥‥従来あるテリヤキバーガーにクリームチーズがトッピングされたもの‥‥テリヤキソースの醤油＆味噌の甘辛さにクリームチーズのこってり感がブレンド‥‥程良い酸味がマッチして濃厚な口当たりだが‥意外や意外
さっぱり感もあります。割と美味しい仕上がりでしたね。
★フレンチフライポテト
太切りポテトがホクホクとおいしい。「生命の塩」と呼ばれるパタゴニア・ソルトをふった揚げたて‥外はカリッと中はホクホク‥久々のモスのポテトでしたが‥やっぱ旨いですね（笑）
★クラムチャウダー
あさり、ベーコン、玉ねぎ、じゃがいもなどの具材がたっぷり入った、食感が楽しいミルクベースのクラムチャウダー。
濃厚でクリーミーなスープと野菜の旨みが良いね。
久々のモスでしたが‥美味しかったですね＾＾

久しぶりに、テリヤキチキンバーガーを頂きました。やはり、モスと言ったらテリヤキバーガー＆テリヤキチキンですね♡
シャキシャキレタスと甘辛い絶妙なテリヤキのタレの味付けは、たまに食べたくなる味。
美味しかったです。

テリヤキバーガーはモスが発祥
当時はその定番メニュー品にかなり
夢中になりました
そしてモスは注文をしてから
調理に取り掛かる為
時間は掛かるが美味しい
それがモスの方針なんでしょう
私が10代の頃は夜々よく
買いに行ってました。当時は深夜の2時まで
やってました。昭和区の杁中店で
たまに食べたくなるんですよね
