料理は非常にレベルが高く、味もいい。
盛り付けもきれいな上、丁寧で非常に満足できるお店です
店内もきちんと掃除されており、雰囲気もいいし、接客も丁寧で好感が持てる。
ただ残念なことは店主が口数が少なく、無愛想な点
見てて非常にこだわりのある職人だというのは理解できるし、だからこそ味もいいのだろう
ただ気の知れたお客（同業者？）と酒の話などは盛り上がるのだが、あまり話しの合わないお客は
話しかけても会話があまり成立しない。
ここは料理の味を楽しむ店だが、店主と会話を楽しむ店ではないですね
自分は料理目当てに何度も通ってますが、今では店主との会話は諦めています
