[A stylish meat bar near the station!!] Why not have a party with our popular bar menu?
◆The very popular light and refreshing specially selected lean beef steak and fried chicken! Furthermore, the steak meat procured from Sugimoto Meat is top class in taste!!! You'd be missing out if yo |
① All Free × 2 ② Plum cucumber ③ Deep-fried duck, thigh, and gizzard ④ Fluffy oven omelette ⑤ Roast beef with wasabi yukke ⑥ Dote kara-don ⑦ Salted cabbage (appetizer) Total including tax: 5,360 yen (5,000 points allocated + 360 yen in cash) I saw a story about "Dote kara-don" in the newspaper, and when I heard that Kuribo was the originator, I considered it. This time I used HPG reservation, but the restaurant called me because they would continue to operate with reduced hours due to the extension of the declaration, so I ended up going without making any changes. It's been a long time since I last visited the area east of Ichinomiya Station. It should be a busy time of day, but the area in front of the station building and the rotary are deserted. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and other shops are open, but there are not many customers. Kuribo is a one-man operation with only one staff member. I enter the restaurant and sit at the counter. I have Suntory's "All Free" non-alcoholic beer and ⑦ as an appetizer. The salt sauce oil is very effective. After ordering ②, I looked at the counter and saw a plate proving that the fried chicken was donated to the Geku Shrine of Ise. It's not just Meat Bar, but a glimpse of the efforts of a good restaurant. Well, here it is. The plum extract blends well with the cucumber and is delicious. The 3-item fried chicken set (③) was listed as 680 yen for the two items "duck and thigh" on the menu, but the staff told me that it was 1080 yen for the three items including the chicken gizzard, so I chose this one. The chicken gizzard happened to be in stock, and I had some spare time, so it was a good opportunity. They are supposed to be "particular" about the fried chicken flour, oil, and frying method, but the fried chicken itself was very good. It was piping hot and full of flavor. I dipped it in mayonnaise and ate it. A group of girls came into the store and the staff became busy. It was also getting closer to 7pm, last order. Once the staff had calmed down, I placed my order. Some dishes take time, and they come one after another. If you order another All-Free, they will prepare a new glass. After a while, the ⑥ Dote Karadon, which is supposed to be the final dish, arrives. It is a doteni and karaage topped with a raw egg, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is a local gourmet dish exclusive to Ichinomiya City. It is not very well known, but it is quite unique. The meat used for the doteni is quite thick, and can be called Steak. The broth seeps into the rice, adding a lot of flavor. Of course, you can mix the egg in and enjoy the trinity of dote, karaage, and rice. Although I was able to find the long-awaited gourmet dish, it is not a good time to go to Ichinomiya just to eat this. However, I think that now might be a good time to go, so I will enjoy it while thinking positively. Although it is a double meat bowl of dote and karaage, it is quite voluminous and I am almost full. It was indeed delicious. ④ The fluffy oven omelette arrived. The omelette made in the pan was very hot! When I broke the surface and ate it, I found that there was ketchup at the bottom, and as I mixed it, the richness of the ketchup mixed nicely with the classic omelette. The last dish that arrived was ⑤ Roast beef wasabi yukke. The wasabi oil, which also contained wasabi stems, mixed well with the meat, deepening the flavor of the yukke. It went exceptionally well with beer, it was irresistible. Overall, it was quite comfortable, and I was impressed with the food and service. It seems that I was the first and last customer of the day, but I would like to thank the staff for their politeness again. Thank you. It was a delicious meal.
