一宮市の岩倉市寄り、南北に走る生活道路沿いにあるワタベンさんに寄らせて貰いました。
その昔、愛知に住んでいた頃に何度か利用した事があるのですが今はリニューアルされた様で場所も少し替わっていました。そんな事はつゆ知らずに偶然通りかかってワタベンの名前を見た時に一瞬で昔の記憶が蘇りました。
昼を少し過ぎた頃、先客2組。
店内に入ると目の前のワゴンに様々なお弁当が積まれています、ご飯は昔同様に後詰め方式。
左手には丼物やおかず単品がありました。
私は土手を選択、夜のおかずにだし巻きと唐揚げも忘れずに。同僚は唐揚げ弁当やカツ丼(この時点でお弁当が売り切れで余り選べず)でしたがどれも美味しい出来でした。
味付けも過多になること無く、量も満足、昔から変わらぬ美味しさでした。
素材が高級な訳でも特別な調味料を使う訳でも無く、当たり前の工程をただ真面目に続けられている証拠だと思います。オーナーさんの丁寧な仕事に敬服致します。
