ローストビーフ丼は高田馬場で食べて以来5年ぶりくらいでいただきました。
なんで食べなかったんだろう。
ローストビーフは脂が少ないので添えてある生ワサビを乗せて食べるとツンとくる辛さがgood。
脂が多いと中和しちゃうんだよね。
ローストビーフ丼も美味しいけど、スープも激ウマでした。
なんだろう、オリーブオイルだと思うんだけど良いアクセントになっていて美味しかったです。
ステーキやハンバーグも美味しそうでした。
