何から情報を得て此方を知ったのか記憶に残って
いませんがBMされていて伺いたいと思っており
ました。あとはタイミングだけで。
この日は午前中の会議を終え昼食はと考え一宮市
へと車を走らせました。様々な店舗が集合となる
此方の店舗でワタクシの狙いはメルスのにんにく
ピラフホワイトソースがけ一択です。
店舗に広めの駐車場完備。到着したのは13時半頃。
入店すると特殊な造りの店内。お客様は皆無に等
しい状況。タッチパネルで注文。
■にんにくピラフ ホワイトソースがけ
ホワイトソースに独特な酸味。ワタクシ高校時代
からメルスは猪子石店に何度も訪問しているので
こんな感覚を受けた事はありません。兎に角独特
な味が気になりましたね・・・ピラフ自体は間違
いなくメルスの味。
総じて、
この日たまたまだったのかあの独特な風味が凄く
気になりました・・・これならミートスパにして
おけば良かったと後悔。
