[Iwakura Station] Enjoy high-quality Yakiniku (Grilled meat) such as the famous "shabu-yaki" in a warm wooden space! Can be reserved
At [Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Waraibuta BAS], which opened in 2021, you can enjoy high-quality Yakiniku (Grilled meat) carefully selected by meat professionals on the latest smoke-free grilling table an |
I tried using Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant on a holiday night, which opened on October 1, 2021, about a 10-minute walk from Meitetsu Iwakura Station. There were only 6 tables inside the restaurant, and I was the first to arrive as I arrived shortly after it opened at 5pm, but after that, several groups of customers came in as well. The menu includes beef such as Cow tongue, short ribs, loin, skirt steak, and tekchan, pork such as tonchan, pork skirt steak, and shabu-yaki, as well as chicken and Seafood. There are also rice dishes such as cuppa, bibimbap, and Cold Noodles. I thought from the name of the restaurant that they mainly serve pork, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Among them, we received green onion tongue, short ribs, garlic sagari, and shabu-yaki. The ribs had less fat for ribs, and were almost lean.It wasn't bad, but it was different from the ribs that I, who like fat, imagine. The garlic sagari is the specialty of this restaurant, and the combination of the soft meat with a strong flavor and the strong garlic is a perfect combination. Shabu-yaki is a signature dish of thinly-sliced pork that is lightly and quickly grilled, wrapped in oysters, and served with a refreshing ponzu sauce. The meat has just the right amount of fat, and you can really feel the sweetness of the fat. I might really like it. The meat I received this time was a little hit or miss, but the restaurant's recommended meat was delicious. I didn't have the pork shabu-yaki this time, but I personally liked it a lot, so if I have the next opportunity, I'd like to try the pork this time. Thank you for the meal.
