I tried this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant on a weekend night, which opened on April 21, 2022, about a 3-minute walk from Meitetsu Kokufunomiya Station. The store has 6 counter seats and 2 tables, and has a stylish and adult atmosphere. I arrived just after it opened at 6pm, so I was the first one in. The menu includes standard meats such as tongue, short ribs, skirt steak, loin, and offal, as well as raw meats such as senmai, yukhoe, and chicken fillet, savory rice dishes such as Morioka Cold Noodles and stone-grilled bibimbap, and even flaming Seafood sundubu and flame-broiled beef. There were also interesting menu items such as tail, gastronomic meat that uses dry ice and herbal water to transfer the flavor to the ingredients. Among them, the Wagyu beef called Sukiyaki style with Wagyu top short ribs! Swampy loin, and hormones. Wagyu beef short ribs have quite a bit of fat, which is fine for me as someone who likes fat, but some people may find it a little heavy. Considering the price of Numaru loin, I was expecting a larger piece of meat, but it wasn't as big as I expected. However, the meat itself was of good quality and went perfectly with the rich sauce and eggs. However, I couldn't help but feel that it was a bit expensive. And the hormones are quite small, so I think it would be better if they were cut a little larger. It was good that it didn't shrink and swelled up when I baked it, but it was a bit difficult to bake as it sometimes fell through the gaps in the grill. The taste was like a mix of various parts, and there was no odor and the whole thing was delicious. It's a restaurant with a hideaway atmosphere and a classy space, so I think it's good for people who want to enjoy meat in a relaxed manner. Thank you for the meal.
