先週OPENしたケバブ屋さん
初日はケバブが無料で100m超の行列が出来ていた
一週間経過し様子を探りに訪れる
11:15お店到着
駐車場は9割程度で店外待ちは無し
注文するのに少々並ぶが5分ほどで自分の番
事前に決めてきた「マトンカレーのセット」を伝えるが
「14時からです」とのこと
どこにも書いてないじゃん・・・
メニューから似たようなものを見つけ
「ひよこ豆ライス」をあらためてオーダー
ポケベルを受け取り席で待つ
それにしても店内に食材の陳列が多い
使い道が全く想像できないものの方がほとんど
ポケベルが鳴って自主配膳の「ひよこ豆ライス」
思い込みでカレー的なものを想像した
だがトマトベースの煮込み豆だった
スパイスは感じられず香草の香りも見当たらない
「ひよこ豆」の料理がどんなものかわからないので
「こんなもんか」と自己了承しいただく
煮豆をおかずにスプーンでごはんを食べる
「こんなもんだ」と思いながら食べる
